Is the database really made for my business?
Yes. Every database is designed specifically for the customer and tailored to how their business works. We start by learning what you track today and build from there.
Do I need an internet connection to use it?
No. Your database is stored on your own computer, so it works without the internet. If your connection goes down, your database is still up.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your data is stored on your own computer, not on our servers or in someone else's cloud.
What if my computer breaks?
If you've set up the built-in backup, your data isn't lost. Install the database on a new computer, restore from your backup, and you're back to work.
How do the backups work?
The backup feature is built into the app at no extra charge. You choose a time, and the app backs up your database every night to an external drive or a cloud-synced folder that you supply. The app checks each backup and warns you if one was missed. We don't need access to your computer or your data.
What computers does it run on?
Windows computers only at this time.
What is included in the price?
You get your tailored database application, an installer to set it up, a manual covering your questions, and 30 days of customer support. There are no monthly fees. The final price depends on what your business needs, and we'll give you a quote after our first conversation.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
Your database keeps working. There's no subscription and nothing expires. If you need help later, just get in touch.
What if I need to add something later?
It happens. If you decide you want to track something new, we'll rebuild the database to include it and send you the update. Request a quote and we'll tell you what it takes.
Can you bring in my old customer records?
Yes. You send scans of your invoices and other documents, we process them, and we send you a file that loads that history into your database. Your data is handled securely and deleted once the work is done. Request a quote for pricing.
How long does it take to build?
